bar spin

By tatkinson1983
Chris Hardy, bar spinning over small gap.
De-saturated, small amount of noise added to get a film feel.

Thankyou.
I decided to leave the door in. I like the rider on the third and the door on the opposite third.
I've got another version from below rider with fisheye that concentrates on the rider more which I'll put up tomo. This was my alternative angle, with a slightly more artistic flair to it.
Cheers again,
Tim

Perfect timing to catch the subject at the intersection. Have you caught one with him going in the opposite direction?

I like it, and especially your choice of composition. Maybe it needs more sharpening as the bike and rider don't look defined enough for me. This could be down to the shutter speed being too slow, or softening during the compression/upload process. I'd imagine it's the latter as you've obviously put a lot of thought into this - I wouldn't have thought you'd overlooked the shutter speed.

Well timed shot, and agree with above.

Cheers,
tried to think about the composition a lot. It's very easy to sit close with a fisheye with this kind of thing and make it look fine. As with tomorrows upload lol.
Softening will be down to uploads/photoshop tweaking Smile
Shooting 250th sec which ain't fast enough as the bars spin so fast, but I've got a flash left and one right a little closer to help freeze everything.

I've got one but don't like the feel of it. Might have another look and post it another day.
