Great Action Sylvia, looks deceptively dangerous, gosh you did well to get them so close like this.
We had them cancelled due to bad weather last Wednesday here, Geoff and I were hoping to get some shots..never mind..maybe next time.

Marvellously timed shot, Sylvia. These chaps have no nerve doing this sort of thing...their closing speed can give them absolutely no margin for error.

If only you had put the ISO up to about 400 and had about 1/2000th sec Sylvia.

I don't think this would work as well with a faster speed. You need the blur to give the sense of speed involved. Just my two cents.
