Now Pay Attention!

By teocali
A Nuthatch (Sitta europaea) taken in the garden a couple of days ago against a background of New Zealand Flax leaves, (Phormium tenax), which give this rather pleasing gradient pattern, which is completely natural. I have been trying to attract birds to different parts of the garden which provide varying natural backdrops.

Many thanks for your C&Cs on yesterday's upload, with a special thank you to Pete for the HC, marktc for the GEA and franken and MandyG for their UAs - really made my day and all highly valued and appreciated Smile

They manage to conjure up such amazing poses, Sylvia, whilst you conjure up such excellent shots of them and appropriate and amusing titles.

Great Nutty Sylvia but reservations about the bg i'm afraid as the yellow is bold and draws the eye.
