Pasqueflower (pulsillata vulgaris)

With the first daffodil out in the garden yesterday, my thoughts are now turning to Spring! The pasqueflower blooms in March/April and does grow wild in the UK. Mine is cultivated and grows in a small alpine area of our garden. This photo is one from the archives as it was too cold to go out with the camera today!
