Morning, Sunshine!

By thetriguy
It's cold and wet here in Virginia this morning. Just needed something bright to start the day. Thanks.

Lovely detail and a good composition. The water droplets add the finishing touch.

Have you desaturated the petals?

Great shot and crop/composition, and I love the droplets. Question: what kind of background did you use? It almost looks like the flower is in a round container of some kind.

To all:
Like many projects of mine, it started as an accident. I wanted a new screen saver. I put this up but had it on tile settings. I liked it. It also suited me on this cold, wet morning.
The background comes from Elements. On a copy of the layer I put a circular vignette layer style on it. (The original was on a black backround.) The result gave me a little color and brightness while still being able to see the icons on the left. Thanks for noticing and for the comments.
