Another Another Place, by Thomas Gorman

By ThomasGorman
I was assisting with a photographic holiday and although we were all there as a group I loved how everyone separated to each have there own version of the post dawn glow that was around. I decided to isolate three of the photographers and turn them into silhouettes against the dark moody (summer) sky. I love the solitude and serene feeling the image portrays and it reminded me of images I had seen of Anthony Gormley's Another Place and that is why I have called this Another Another Place, by Thomas Gorman.

An interesting and well executed interpretation. Has some irony too I feel as Another Place is a well sought out photographic location. To re-interpret it using photographers as your statues is an amusing idea.
