Hi Tim,

Animals and pets can make interesting subjects espeically if captured unaware and your son's cat obviousely has her eye's fixed on something. With that in mind it can sometimes work better when cropping to leave more room on the side the eye's are facing thereby giving them room to see. I've done a very quick mod just to show you what I mean.
