SPOT THE DIFFERENCE

By Tish1
Thank you for your wonderful response to my previous upload 'The Girls'

OK so I've been on my jollies, got blown away, battled the wind and rain driving back to Sheffield, and I survived it all, BUT, now into my 3rd week of being home, I still haven't unpacked. However, it is getting urgent, my back up electric tooth brush has packed up, so i need to rummage through my suit case to find old faithful................. Well, if you unpack, you have to wash, don't mind that bit, it is the ironing I object to

This is Kendra, a 15 year old Actress who moved to the UK, Sheffield in particular in January, from Durban, and then Covid struck. She is building her portfolio for agents and producers and guess who got the job?

I thought my little studio was small, but after this shoot, I now know I can work in a match box. I took three lights, barely had room for one, definitely no room for a reflector. I had a tiny corner of the lounge to work in and because Social distancing is a factor, sometimes I was at the bottom of the stairs trying to avoid getting the door frame in shot.

That said, Kendra was a delight to work with and when she is rich and famous mine will be the first begging letter.

I have to confess this particular shot, I employed my own personal Consultant for some advice, no expense spared here you know, in the form of none other than Banehawi, Willie Baneham himself. He was extremely helpful in giving me advice about getting the most out of these shots, so a big thank you to Mr Baneham

Very nicely done.
The Version for me as that triangle caused by her arm at the edge of the lead image is a snall distraction.

I prefer the drama of the version.

Definitely the version - I like the tones in both, but the bit of white arm on the right of the lead pulls my eye away from her face.

A fine portrait of this young lady, Tish, definitely the version for me! After about two seconds of viewing the lead, my eye was attracted to the top of the arm to the right 😃👍
