THEY MADE ME WALK

By Tish1
Thanks guys for your response to my previous upload 'To Blow The Cobwebs Away' which feels like a million years ago

I am pleased to say I have completed all my clients tax returns, not only on time, but with a day to spare; never done that before, it's making me nervous.

Since I have been tied to my computer, not just for the last few months, but for well over a year, I decided to join a photography group that gets out and about. I went on my first walk with them on Sunday; they said it would be easy; and for the Doncaster Rovers fan who was leading the group and wanted to get back to watch the match, it probably was, but my little legs are still suffering. Well, it is quite a dramatic change from my office chair to the hills, that felt like mountains, of Ladybower.

I have to say the pace was a little bit fast, not just for me, we didn't really get chance to admire the views let alone compose a shot, it was literally, point, shoot, move on.

However, it is a very diverse group and a very knowledgeable one in terms of potential places to go in terms of photography; I liked the route we did, despite getting left behind with another member of the group, and will probably do it again at my own leisure.

This is one of the images I managed to get, while still part of the group, please enjoy

PS...... my computer is running so slow at the moment, it is struggling to upload the EXIF, so apologies if it doesn't appear and I think I will be much older by the time this actually uploads, might cook my dinner and come back to it GrinGrinGrinGrin

I'm not a very fast walker, and often have to speed up on a Club outing to keep up with t'others! 😐 A very lovely and colourful wintry scene, Tish - at least you had a sunny day for your outing! 😀
Your EXIF has appeared... 👍
