    Hi Dora,

    We have explained at long length why we only accept PayPal now and I can see from the internal reports that we’ve tried our best to help you.

    I’m very sorry for your personal circumstances with your brother.

    That aside, if you simply opened a free account with PayPal you could easily renew. Or pay someone back who does have PayPal. Or pay using online banking.

    Please don’t air your frustrations on the site - please continue using the internal report system where your complaint will continue to be handled.

    This review is not paid for - we never do that - it’s a completely impartial opinion. Any sponsored articles ‘paid for’ are clearly labelled as such, but we never have paid-for reviews.

    We’re not saying it is better than Photoshop - you’ve jumped to that conclusion yourself. We’re saying it more than stacks up against similar alternatives.

    Alan, this new system (yes, currently Amazon only until other retailers sign up to the scheme) is not 'paid for' as you suggest. It has been developed for months in-house for the benefit of the site and members alike. So we are proud of it and are therefore shouting about it.

    Furthermore, as an aside, I'd like to add that without so-called 'advertising' that some members like to complain about, there would be no site.

    Hope that helps clear any confusion.
