He doesn't look very happy, I love the crop and he kinda has a gold/metallic feel to his beak.

Kept cocking his head to one side when I was there so had to get a side on shot, coincidentally just uploaded it. This has great eye contact and details.

Very good framing there; it must have taken some patience to catch that exact moment. The picture has a value beyond the mere photographic one. It serves as an indication of the sensitivity of the bird's pupil and the ability of its brain to control them individually; note that the pupil on the left is larger than the pupil on the right, because the light source is on the right. Excellent!
