Lakeland in Autumn

By Tony_W
I saw this driving into the Langdale Valley in the Lake District. The colours in the trees and bracken are amazing at the moment.

Pretty much a straight shot with just a tweak in PShop.

Any comments or criticism welcome.
Thanks for looking.

This is a very nice capture, great colours.
Lets hope the strong winds keep away for a while, would be nice if the leaves hung around for longer up here.

John,
I half expected all the leaves to have been washed away after the storm the other day. Some of the water levels were frightening/amazingly high, dependent I imagine on how near your house the water was. Thanks for the vote.

Got to agree the colours look stunning.
The house is exactly in the right place and not including any sky works well.
