Still a beginner but getting close to being past it, had some great events, locations and moments from photography, but time to hang up the lens I think as I just don’t have the spark much now to be creative.

so how many bags do you need, and with stabliation how many Tripods do we need.
Both sectors are contracting, just ask the stores that dont sell cameras who are selling less and less of both products, both would have to be exceptioanl design to join the party so late in the day and be at really low prices, which is something i dont see them doing in the future!- 11 Oct 2012 10:09AM

Posted on: Nikon D4 D800 D800E UK Price Increase
Well im glad to say that my D4 arrives today and was paid for on Friday before the price increase.
Had it arrived next friday and the price had gone up, i would have turned it down on principul as i had agreed to purchase at a price. I did get a faily good discount anyway.
I agree that this is very poor marketing on the part of Nikon though and will stop some people from making advanced orders on future products.
What they should have done is taken out the XQD card and adaptors at the end of May as already anounced and left it at that.- 26 Mar 2012 9:13AM

"Seems there market research is not what it should be"
There are two products available in the USA and UK both more powerful lamps than this, at 1300 watts and 1800 watts with the same type of lighting. And both are cheaper then the above and have been available for 12 months or more.- 14 Apr 2011 4:13PM
