After a hard day

By tonymarq
Hi everyone and first and foremost to all a very happy new year! Second sorry i haven't been around but life got in the way and been a lot busy. Thanks to all for the email to make sure everything was ok and everything is. Haven't had time to take out the camera so i stumbled on this one from grand central N.Y. and feel like the person coming up the ramp with head low and tired as i studied this for awhile, changed color to sep to give the worn/aged feel and brightened certain areas to high light depth and people in and around the entrance to the main lobby. looking foward to seenig what you guys have been up to as i need some insperation and moto-vation,lol! stay well and great to be back!

you cant see the guys face but somehow i think that adds it gives more of a mystery to it but also concentrates the eye on the archetecture.

Welcome back, Tony!
This photo really takes me to NY!! It's always great to be in such a spectacular building, and appreciate all of the work that's gone into it, and the feeling of the atmosphere of the millions that have passed through it.
Love the abandoned feeling...very 'less traditional' for this site.

Wow, what a great treatment on this candid Tony! Welcome back, it looks more like you'll be dishing out the inspiration rather than looking for it.

A sensational image Tony. The guy with his head down looks as if he is carrying all the problems of the world on his shoulders or maybe he had spotted you with the camera ! LOL. I love the toning and all the interesting detail around.

This is an ammmmmmmmmaaazing shot. So minimalist, and I've glad you kept the frame minimalist but stylish too. This is great, Tony. The weary guy is so well framed by the majesty of the station. Love the tone of the whole picture too. PERFECTION.

Tony, I LOVE this shot. The mood of the picture fits your title perfectly. Sorry I haven't been around for a while. We had a great holiday visiting family in Buffalo. Our only disappointment was that we didn't get snow.
I have a lot of catching up to do. -=Walter
