Little Red Roadster.

By Tooma
Something to drool over, and put a smile on a few faces. I shot this beautiful left hooker at the Hamilton Classic Car Show last year - cancelled this year - for safety reasons we are told. I can hear the sound of a bell from my other leg. Made in England for export then back to Blighty as someone's pride and joy. Not for me though, I just can't wait to feel the pulsing beat and hear the growl from a soul-less EMV's engine. Hehee. 😎

The Versions are other shots and details of this gorgeous E-Type.

I'm sure someone far more clever than me ( not too tricky to achieve! Blush) will design a sound system for inside electric cars, where you select a car of your choice and the sounds of revving, braking and cornering will be played back, at a volume of your choice, synchronised with what your battery toy is doing. Smile It could incorporate the sounds of a screaming female passenger if you go too fast for those who travel alone, and a voice that says 'I told you you should have turned left back there'.Grin

Now where's my medication?

Lovely pictures of a lovely car, shame the steering wheels on the wrong side!Wink

You are right on with that Dave; it's been done. I saw adverts for CDs which do what you suggest a few years ago. I kid you not. 😃

A beautiful car. They are all so boring nowadays.

A real beauty from the days, when cars looked good, as well as drivable with flair. The cockpit would not disgrace a jet aircraft (well maybe not, but very impressive!) What a paint job, reminds of my red Alfa Romeo, many moons ago, but without that shine! Deserves a gong for stirring up some nostalgia from my past!

The sooner you buy one the better, Glenn. I could have bought a coupe I was offered for £5K in the 80s, but it needed too much work on the engine, plus other commitments; basically I was too poor. The same car now would cost me £45-50K in good condition. Basically, I'm still too poor, lol. I do enjoy my old X-Type very much though. 😎
