Tantallon Castle and Bass Rock.

By Tooma
These two landmarks are to the east of the East Lothian town of North Berwick in Scotland. The small structure off to the left is the castle dovecote, the doves were used for communication and food.

They both have a lot of history attached to them, much more than this space allows, so I have set two links here for anyone interested in knowing more.

This is a really unusual combination and I like it the textures of the foreground lead the eye beautifully to the castle and rock

Superb
