I'm even less a fan of these critters this morning, having just been bitten by one as I walked into the house! Wouldn't mind so much if I knew what I was supposed to have done!! Great detail and colours in your capture. Get them sorted out ASAP before they become an even great menace.

It's a plague this year Tracy, but i am worry about the grasshoppers, i have seen millions last days...

Excellent sharp detail around the head, well taken, I was too busy killing the sods who nested in our garden, to get a picture.
(B & Q powder, motorbiking oversuit, gloves, goggles and thick woolly hat, oh how my wife laughed! but it got rid of them)

Don't you just love 'em? I was stung on the elbow as soon as I got the tent up at a festival a couple of weeks back. No hard feelings of course...
