Port Erin Railway Station

By TrevBatWCC
Port Erin railway station is the western terminus of the Isle of Man Railway, which has a narrow gauge steam-operated railway connecting Douglas with Castletown and Port Erin. Part of the station building houses the Whistlestop Coffee Shop, so popped in for a coffee before returning to the coach. The main dining area is shown in the version, with part of it spilling into the waiting room, shown in the lead, where the ticket office is also housed.
The sharp-eyed amongst you may have spotted Irish flags and a couple of shamrocks in the window in the version...well, it was St Patrick's Day! ☘

Big cities with no people is like a scary movie.

Absolutely love this, Trev. A wonderful room, the toilet sign, the emptiness (in the lead). I feel as if i could step onto the place. Smile
