Being a sunny day yesterday, thought I'd take the camera for its first outing since Christmas. I've not used it other than at our Camera Club worknight last month! So, had a trip to Leeds looking for inspiration, and walked first through first County Arcade, part of the Victoria Quarter shopping area with its upmarket shops. This 120 metre long Arcade was built around 1900 to the design of theatre architect Frank Matcham. It has to be one of the most beautiful arcades in the country, and as you wander through you should not only look in the shop windows but look up at its magnificent architecture. V2 was taken at a wider angle to show off its splendour.
Single Raw images processed in Adobe Camera Raw 7, tweaked in Photomatix Pro 5 and Photoshop Elements 11.
Thanks again to everyone for your votes & comments on my previous uploads, it really is appreciated and encouraging.
