Nearly First Light

By Trevhas
I thought Id make the extra effort to greet the sunrise on one of the edges having spent previous outings lurking in the woods.

Unfortunately I couldnt scrape myself out of bed for the 5.35 am sunrise, ( lens caps off to fellow landscapers that manage such an early start ).
In the frantic rush to get out the door I forgot my ipod, an essential item for waking up and getting into the zone. Fortunately there was a rave on in the distance which could be clearly heard, kept me movin and a groovin Blush (luckily i was on my own), it sounded as if it was coming from the Millstone edge, Bole Hill quarry area...........
Must have been an all nighter, by the time Id got down there the music had stopped,Sad..........all over at 7am !!. If any togs went could you let me have a ticket for next time ! Wink

The last thing I'd want in such beautiful surroundings is to have to listen to a rave. Love this early shot with the mist and stillness. Pity about the noise. Smile
