One of your best shots, to be sure. This is a dramatic portrait enhanced by the white headdress and, naturally the model's expressive face. Watch out for a bit of excessive highlights on the model's neck, on her right, otherwise the lights are about perfect. Absolutely stunning! Cheers,

Nice overall, - love the expression. Good mono conversion. I would like to see her eyes more "alive", and that can be achieved with catchlights, as the eyes are a little dark, and a little more sharpening on the eyes. If they look OK on your original, and a little soft here, its likely due to loss of sharpness during re sizing and compression, so check before uploading and sharpen as needed first.

You can quite easily, using a soft white brush at 100%, and say 2 pixel size, simply paint a catch-light in each eye using a layer, and adjust opacity.

These two tweaks will make a big difference.
