Thanks a lot. A POTW the day after my birthday - best present by far
Al and Martin - It is ironic that the award was for an old, hitherto unprocessed shot, and the only thing I can say in my own defence is that when you take a lot of images you peruse and process a few promising looking ones, then , perhaps, you go on another shoot meaning to return to the earlier RAWS snd never get around to it. The best thing is that RAW converters have really moved on in the meanwhile making it a pleasure to process an image. If I depended on my photography to earn a living I would probably be squeezing every penny out of every promising RAW but I am just an enthusiastic amateur so I'm lucky I can revisit the back catalogue during a time when I haven't been able to get out often.
