I like this but it is over exposed for me in hair face shoulders & hands. Regards Peter.

Really Nice shot but I do find it a little too bright, loosing some definition around the nose. The blacks appear really clipped, but it works. I would drop the vignetting from the lower corners as they are creeping in on the hands.

For what it is worth, I am no expert.

I like the image, I think its going somewhere other than correct exposure, if that makes sense.

I would drop the vignetting as well as I think it would make it a cleaner shot and suit the subject more (IMO)

Not overexposed in my view, just a good stylistic choice

Enough detail on my monitor, but again I would lose the vingette. Good eyes.

I think this is one of them images thats close to a critical level depending on your monitors calibration.

All my monitors are calibrated with a Spyder and on all of them Im getting detail in highlights and lowlights, though saying that I did darken some of the darker areas to give more impact.

Its a simple shot, done with 3 lights. One Softbox off my left, brolly to my right and Lasolite Highlight with a light. I wanted a little off balance to the lights to give a little definition rather than just total HK.

I wanted it to come over natural but very soft skined... The vignette is a personal thing, I like it but I think others loath it lol....

Once again, thanks for your comments. Your honesty is appreciated and positive crit is welcome always.....

I love this shot.

Both my monitors I work with are calibrated and I see no hotspots or bleeding. I have checked this in the studio also and it appears the same. I think the softbox from the left is being covered slightly more perhaps by the angle you were working at.

Im not sure about the vignette but I wouldnt say it detracts from the shot. Its a personal thing.

With this amount of contrast and attitude from the model id love to see a strong background colour being used perhaps with a gel or similar.
