I haven't been uploading for a while. A bit busy. Out with my husband and pleased to see specimens which I haven't seen previously. May be due to the heavy rain we just had and walkers hadn't had the opportunity to kick them over and foragers to pick them. I can't lay my hands on my fungi identification book so I'm guessing this is some type of Boletus (could be wrong - would some of you please correct me)?

Technical details: f11 @ 0.6 secs, ISO 200
manual focus, tripod, remote release, reflector, groundsheet.

I hope you enjoy viewing. Any critique welcome.

Thanks Scutter for the identification. There were quite a few of them. Had I known I could have brought some home for dinner. Wink
