Like the content Valery, exposure very good but composition could be improved by stepping back a few feet to include all of the masts and front of second ship, and leveling the photo, hope you do not mind this critique.

Well the above comment got me because my eyes said it was straight, so I hope you don't mind Valery, I copied it, lightened it, and checked the section between the boats and was pleased to see that my eyes had not deceived me.
I like the composition, the early evening colours and the boats lights with the clarity of the reflections an added bonus ... Carol
