Lady C

By VicBarnes
This was NOT shot on assignment, it is a very personal photograph from 1987. I broke the rules by over-lighting the white wall in Lady C's flat with two small monobloc flash units. This created a uniform, overall degree of flare. No front light, just a white bed sheet as a reflector. The subject is not a professional model.

Rules are to be ignored...You are the artist, the choices are yours. This is a very nice effort

Broke the rules or not, who cares. Rules are just something that sometimes ruins ones creativity. A very nice effect has been created here...overlit or not.
Thanks 4 the share Smile

Yes Costapix, there WAS a great story in her eyes -- and I know what she was thinking.
Thanks CSuk, I appreciate the support. Let's all break the rules!
