Nice to see that people still care about our beautiful friends that share our planet...........I hope those responsible were prosecuted and banned for life from owning any animal...........

How anyone could harm such a beautiful creature, is beyond me, but unfortunately it goes on all the time, with all sorts of birds/animals

Here's to the many other rescue centres & individual carers that do their best to.
One day the Commercial Run Centres/breeders may respect the birds more by controlling the number of birds they produce & sell. There are just way to many birds out their that are ending up in the wrong hands. If they can control the numbers themselves, when will the regulations come in to control them.

So very sad to hear the awful treatment this magnificent bird recieved plus the others - shall not watch the vid due to it probably upsetting but more, anger me. Bravo to the person who reported the abuse and to you and the centre for showing the birds that humans are caring. Should be strict regulations put in place but no doubt this would be at the bottom of the list!
