Looking Back

By vinyl2godave
I took this while climbing up mount Snowdon in North Wales.
I've played with it a bit in Photoshop, would like to straighten the horizon but I'm not that far on with my ps skills.
If you look closely, you can see the white building from where I started my ascent.

Lovely shot of a gorgeous view! Good catch!

(Straightening isn't too hard. Do it at the same time as your crops so you don't crop twice. When you've selected your crop, put the curser to the outside of a corner and a little double arrow will come up for you to tip the picture. Then just rearrange the crop margins before cropping. Might need to do it a couple of times to get it right... At the tool bar 'view' you can find 'show' and can click 'grid'. That can help. When you've done, just go back and unclick 'grid'. Not as bad as it all sounds!) Smile

Great view - you're not alone with your PS skills, except that straightening is about the one thing that I have learnt to do, so it can't be that hard!

Very nice scene, I used to play up in this area quite a bit, I remember being blown backwards over that lake flying a paraglider...
I like the colours in this with the green of the hill on the right.
