pete, thank u very much, i am very happy! its nice to know that my warb awards havent affected my chances of getting an EC, i was starting to get worried :o)

i'd also like to thank my girlfriend helen, the pestering was definately worth it 'stand there' 'no, there' 'ok now turn around' haha

yes alan, i think she is quietly pleased, i asked if she was happy being part of an EC to which i got 'yeah suppose' lol she hasnt seen it yet tho.

its really nice to see im not the only one that likes it, ive spent ages staring at it, probably more than any other of my photos, i like it alot, thanks for all your comments :o)

i thought that this was a reflection of a building from the thumbnail! very imaginitve and has a superb effect. another great image, well done

Just took another look at 'behind you' I find the contrast too dramatic - too harsh on the near cheek and the darkness falls off too early on the left. It looks like a typical flash photo rather than a carefully lit photograph. Also the lens makes the features (nose) a little too distorted. Then again, as has been said before, it's just my view, you have a lot of positive clicks for that photo.

thanks pete, all been taken in. if you must know, the photo wasnt even taken in the dark, it was actually light, photoshop :o) was just checking if you had rumbled me.
