If you like textures, check out Kim Klassen ( ). If you sign up for the free newsletter you will receive a texture free every week. She uses her textures in vintage inspired photography. They are wonderful to use.

And BTW, love the way you have use it here. I used to do a lot of flower photography (see oldest entries in my portfolio) too.

  • Burnet Moths.

Great picture - love these butterflies.

  • White Tailed Sea Eagle

Beautiful shot - I love the colour of the light and the way the light falls. It gives the image a kind of softer look. Something that you would not expect of a bird of prey. This image shows a different side of these mighty birds. Well done!

    Very well done!

  • It's in the post.

Good shot - but personally I would love to see a more 'quieter' frame. The shot itself has so much texture to enjoy.

Beautiful: these open yellow beaks and Mum (or dad) flying in with the food. And a beautiful place they have found to have a nest!

LOL, when are 2 retrievers not daft? Good shot - love that cuddling pose.

Great contrast: the green light water with that dark glooming sky...

Love these colours - powerful and yet so soft.

I like the image, and I really don't mind some 'unrealness' about it. But the fabric touching the ground might need some extra work: it looks a bit like it is hovering above the grass. A touch of darkenig would help.

Beautiful - I have similar poppies growing near our shed: in the shadow. They are self seeding. I thought they always needed a lot of sun.

That is an unusual combination: sea and flowers in one shot!

Thank you so much for the link! Completely gobsmacked when I saw these images bein transformed in pieces of art. First it does not look so difficult, but then those last steps: adding the lighting and making the image look cohesive is probably the hardest part. Well, apart from the fantasy you've got first to have to create these scenes of course.... LOL!

  • Locked In a Tower

I think the distortion makes it mysterious and a bit dark - great work.

Leuk! Die paardenbloem en dat snoetje dat er van achter opduikt!

  • What am I?

Well, no idea either on what it is. But I think it is a brave plant to grow just out of a bit of moss on a log!

You can feel the speed in the photo - great shot!

Like the soft colours in the photo, but feel that the gradient in the borde (how well it looks though) interferes a bit too much with the neauty of the photo. But this comes from a 'simple- black- or- white- border- girl'! Smile
