Brides Veil Falls

By WeeGeordieLass
Thanks to Phil, Mex,LonelyOryx,Niknut and Craggwildlifephotograpy for awarding me their UA's for my shot of the Fairy Pools in Skye. Sorry I haven't got much time at present to reply fully to all of your nice is very busy and I'm uploading at breakfast time Tongue

A little bit different this one.

Sometimes less is more and I feel this is so true with Brides Veil Falls on Skye.

I was drawn to the gentle flow of the water down the rock face and, after witnessing the power of some of the larger waterfalls on Skye, it reminded me of delicate, draped netting in comparison.

Rather than show the full height of the falls I zoomed in for a more graphic, restricted view which I think has more impact.

I hope you like my interpretation of Brides Veil Falls.

We're both on the same theme today, Elaine! Your falls are a bit more impressive than mine though, a super close-up here Smile
