Photographic abstract impressionism very well done, a very visually attractive image with a real sense of movement. Can be what you want it to be; water running over stones and sand on a beach, a wind and rain lashed landscape.......

Washington stayed almost dry by the way. Grim, grey, but we didn't get drowned...

Delicious swishes of motion blur, rather like the well-known approach to traditionally-costumed dancers from the Indian subcontinent in books about advanced photography but without the dancers - hence more abstract, mysterious, dream-like.
