estate life

By whatriveristhis
I'd like to thank those of you who supported me through my recent Pink'n'Frilly Period. That was actually the tenth floral episode I've suffered in the last year, not counting greenery, so maybe I need stronger drugs. Must make an appointment to see my Bloomologist.

Back on track now though...

Not as bad as expected actually, Jade, hasn't rained much, locally. Could be bad overnight though.
Sounds bad for your neck of the woods I think?
A good B&W image.

Grin Many of those drugs come from the greenery and some from things pink and frilly, Alan! Grin

A shift away from the wild shores and into the subdued suburbs. Even the sky is behaving itself and conforming. Somehow, though, you've introduced a little anarchy with your camera. All is not entirely as you'd expect from the original view.

Happily your estate has plenty trees and vegetation.
Blurred at the edges as one might see it after a hard day's graft or a Hard Day's Night!

I missed your pink and frilly period Alan,
and when I checked,I was rather disappointed I could not say
''Knickers to you ''.
I will need to make an appointment to see my knickerologist.
And I hope to God she is a female one !!

an amazing image with superbly moody atmosphere.. i am particularly haunted by solitude.. a feeling of desertion.. abandonment..
as though a myseterious force has assailed the town and people have fleed..

Weirdness. Coming to a quiet street near you soon. You can't avoid it. It's there.

A view more than one suburbanite will recognise through blurred eyes and misted up windows..... Whilst looking for their spectacles.

There's much more to this image than meets the eye, Alan - it's one to gaze into to find what lies within.
Glad your bloomological problems are behind you, now!Smile

Such an elegant shot and beautiful. You've made something special out of a fairly ordinary scene here.
