I had a Border Collie, more than half a lifetime ago. This brings back 16 years of memories.

Great composition, I'm not a dog person but I have a great deal of empathy for a person walking along the beach in the early morning solitude. very well portrayed Alan a thoughtful and thought provoking image.

Once you've owned one, nothing else really measures up. Though her successor managed it somehow- a Collie/German shepherd/golden Retriever cross, male, a rescue dog, utterly fearless and protective, but the sweetest nature you could imagine. And brilliant with kids.

Naah- the exif's talking bollocks, it was about 9.30
