I love this. First and foremost you have respect for light and what it does. That ought to be the basis for photography but it no longer seems to be...
Then there's a negative / positive quality that is less frequently found in colour. Light silhouetted against dark, dark against light.
The master stroke is the saturated reds particularly along the horizon. They ought not to work. But they do.

An image to inspire words. Words that come tumbling out of my mind, because when I look at this image I can't do anything else but think of poetry 
It's an image of contrasts ... calm, yet chaotic; dangerous, yet soothing; restricted, but with an open invitation to wander through those grasses into the maelstrom beyond.
As others have said above, this is stunning - even by your normal high standards!
