Very, very good, focus is right, DOF is right to allow beak, surrounding feathers and eyes to be sharp.

There is another image in here by cropping tighter around the eyes and losing the bg entirely. Worth an experiment, a bit of a cliche shot, but really gives dominance to the eyes.
