Your problem in this otherwise strong image is a very tight depth of field. If you must have the shallow depth then you need the foremost petals sharp - but better is ISO200, f18 and a tripod - with corresponding shutter speed. You would still ned to be sure the depth of field and focal plane resulted in the foreward petals sharp.
