Rule 6,pararaph 4c of the RAS handbook states,
THOU SHALT NOT UPLOAD OIL IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM !!

Now when you say Armstrong, do you mean Lance Armstrong? Did he use this to oil his bike and win all those Tour de Frances?

I hope so. 'Cos the only alternative I can think of is Neil Armstrong...and it would be scary to think this oilcan was used on the Apollo lunar module!
