More reflections from Saint Tropez harbour, a little less abstract than in Saint Tropez (1) and from further west along the harbour. I hope your Sunday is as bright and sunny as this
Version 1: 165mm, 1/200th sec. @ f13;
Version 2: 175mm, 1/200th sec. @ f13; both ISO 200.
Love those reflections Bill, beautiful day here.
Two excellent sunny reflections Bill. Hope my holiday is as sunny . xxx
Great abstract shots, very colourful, love the reflections.No:1 is my favourite.
Sparkling colour and detail, the best light for harbour abstracts. Never an easy word to type.
a very good play with lines. i like the brightness of this image a lot.
Like the lines and reflections, both excellent abstract images, I feel myself drawn to V2 a little more though, think it's the yellow across the diagonal?
V1 for me.
Beautiful reflections and colours Bill. V2 for me because of the more quirky shapes.
two is wild it's the yellow that finishes it off so well
good lines Bill, and colors. Makes me long for a meditteranean harbor front.
Strong colours and lines - all confusing, well seen,
Good Eyes--- the reflections are wonderful!
Excellent abstracted image, all excellent stuff since my last visit, but, this is particularly good, a feel of D'Oyly John about it.
Thanks for the visit to my Walberswick.
'Subject and toning reminiscent of Sutcliffe, apart from the Transit van on the far bank.'
Don't know if you've been back and seen my replies to your comment, but, here is the reply to the above:
Do you mean Joe Bloggs-Sutcliffe with the digi compact, because Frank Meadow Sutcliffe had more art and ability in his left little toenail than I will ever have
number 2, for lampposts reflections...
both are great abstracts
Like the reflections and colours in them Bill - well seen and captured.
Good bright coloured reflections here Bill.
Good lines and shapes.
But the star of the show is the rusty chain !!
Two suerb imabes, great reflexions and colours.
Fab picture Mr w hows the red
Going down well
Lovely reflections, makes me feel all warm and happy
very strong compositions, great shots Bill
I like both, just stitch them together, then I'll be happy with the wibbly wobbly colourful reflections.
V2 for me Bill but for no particular reason other than it looks the better of the two.
very nice Bill....great lines and reflections.....like V2 best - EXCELLENT
both are powerful in colour and lines
the warmth comes through Great work Katie
Splendid summery colours and reflections here Bill, I bet Mr Lifesnapper was disappointed when he saw the title "Saint Tropez" and didn't get to see a single bronzed bikini clad babe!
Now these are rather spectacular reflections. V1 is my favourite.
