Seaside theatre in Great Yarmouth.
I like what you've done here Bill...excellent work.
A grand old dame , by the looks of it.
The loss of the empire..! Excellent work, I just love it!
Oh no! I remember going there with my grandparents back in the 60s! How sad!
Brings back some memories. The only good reason to go to Yarmouth was for the shows! Really like how you have presented this Bill.
O that's good Bill, the attention to detail is superb well timed well presented. I just love it.
fabulous framing...looks like a movie set from Batman or the like
Excellent work and very well presented......
who is on this week...Franky Randal or Old Mother Riley...I remember seeing both of these stars at Newcastle Empire.
A gem of an image Bill. It just looks as if you took it when they were performing.
A rather beautifully composed image, one which clearly tells a story, one both of woe and wonderment. The processing lends its self to a timeless quality, which enhances the feelings of nostalgia.
Old Mother Riley,? just how old are you Bill?
The hook appears from stage left...
The perfect tone.
Your treatment of this firmly sets it in a bygone era. Nicely worked.
It'll strike back one day
Like the details and framing of this Bill works well.
I don't quite know how you achieved the effect, but I love it. Classic tones with just a hint of graininess (to my eyes, at any rate), so evocative of the period.
A good bit of processing here Bill.
Very suitable to the image.
How sad! It looks such an wonderful old building. Love what you've done here Bill......Sandy
Wonderful framing and treatment to this Bill, sad to see it falling into disrepair!
A splendid looking building, and beautifully captured and presented As Sarah says, sad to see buildings like this falling into disrepair

Well seen, Bob - I have added some grain in PS; blowed if I can remember how, though!
A real gem here, beautifully presented too.
Wonderful, Bill, a fantastic serious image, that cracked me up with the title. Fantastic presentation, luv it.

I was going to ask how you had done this Bill - your treatment has done an excellent job on the image.
A great treatment on this one Bill, and very apt.
The Empire Strikes Back and refuses to yield to the passage of time.
Memories af Saturday morning cowboy matinees, Bill. Flicking Malteesers at the screen from the front row...getting thrown out...
I really like the light & toning of this image Bill.
Interesting building too.
Great work Bill, a lovely mono image done to look years old, and it's worked well, Peter..
A proper picture house.
A great presentation
An excellent capture and wonderfully presented Bill .
excellent framing for this charming relic.
a three eyed face!
