The other side again

By woolybill1
A slightly different view across the River Wear in Durham, as explained in last Friday's upload.
We have had visitors to stay all weekend; I've tried to visit portfolios and apologise if I've inadvertently missed yours!

Smashing shot Bill, looks like a great spot to take pictures, or just sit and reflect.

Another tremendous mirror image Bill, greatreflection, I'm sure many people will follow your footsteps to the old mill now. I quite like the inclusion of the two people, fills tht gap nicely.

Marvellous mirror image, Bill. Great little detail with the two people on their way to these premises. Is that a pub? If not, then it should be!

Another beautiful image: as Dougie says, the couple with their reflection just add that bit of human interest and fill the darker area on the right perfectly.

For a moment, I thought you had rediscovered Flatford Mill, Bill (whoops, that rhymes - must be the times). Then I thought, 'I know that place - like a familiar face'. Can't remember ever seeing the Wear so clear.
