On the Phone 1

By woolybill1
My first six uploads this week were taken with my iPhone in the first few days of our recent holiday in Cumbria, when the weather was not exactly at its best.
All are the result of chance observation (what's new in that?) though the first three, being interiors, stem from more considered pondering than the others.
This one was actually processed in-phone using Snapseed and is therefore a phone purist's job - I usually use PS Smile

Thanks for all your votes and comments yesterday; as ever they are truly appreciated.
Thanks for looking.

Great abstract feel about this image, which draws the viewer into the frame. Wonderful observation.

Making a Grand Entrance through that doorway would present a considerable challenge. Installing a three-seater sofa, more so.

Superb, almost abstract of shapes and angles. Well seen and captured, Bill.

But how would you get the piano through that door? 🤣🤣🤣

Cold and bare, and the door to the equally cold and bare room where naughty children (and woolys) are put until they learn how to behave themselves.

Almost abstract shapes and tones, the high key treatment works well too. Well seen example of your 'something from nothing' style.

You certainly approached this shot from the right angle, Bill.
And you certainly had plenty of angles to choose from. Wink

Every bit of space used and a minimalist's dream. Well taken Bill.

Yes, quite abstract, well seen and captured, Bill. Plenty of lines and angles in such a small space 😃👍

Would be a little tricky maneuvering in the dark. I don't see a light switch. A very good phone capture.

It's in the vertical panel facing away from you where the door is set back, just above where you see the door handle. Since the corner is such an odd shape it's the only place the switch could go.

I like the smoothness of the image, also I like the lines and the simplicity of the shot. I do not like the socket, It interrupts the flow.

Could've put it on the same wall as the power socket Wink

I hope the door open outwards, as not much room to get in with your luggage if it opens inwards! Very good mobile image, and a lot lighter to carry, than a camera.

It does, in fact, Ian. The entire room is a masterpiece of space-saving angles and nooks!
