An interesting building, the left hand side.looks to be a more modern addition. The two figures with an umbrella give a sense of scale and the sepia toning sets it off beautifully.

Spot on, Alfie. It was added in 1711 to the original pele tower of 1370.

An ideal location to be hired out for glamping, which would appear to be the latest trend, unless it has already been overtaken by an even newer trend?
If glamping is now off the menu, there's still Airbnb...

We saw no evidence of happy glampers, Malc.
Mind you, there's no admission before ten a.m., so they could well have upped tents and moved out by the time we got there Wink

The sepia toning works very nicely here: and as Alfie has said, it looks as if the parts belong to different eras.
Looks a fine place to visit.
Inclusion of the small figures is just the icing on the cake for me.

A very interesting looking castle. Would be wonderful to go through it and climb those stairs. A well captured image Bill.

Has the feel of it being a film set I think! 😁 A fine looking building though, Bill, and the processing suits it perfectly 😃👍
