Twilight can be a great time to shoot but you really need more colour in the sky or the results can be a bit bland.
I think the problem here is that you're not really sure what the subject should be and have instead tried to put everything in the shot. The frost on the foliage could be a lovely subject in its own right - especially in the light you had but I'm not sure the silhouetted trees really work. They are too dark and don't help the balance of the composition.
