Much more austere without colour or apple for consolation. Think I prefer this, I'm in an austere mood today.

Works in mono...I thought it would.
Even simpler without the apple,the textures make this one for me.

Works very well for me too.
Still life at it's simple best.
Mono works very well
Equally as good with or without the apple to me

This is very nice indeed. I like the rough scratchy texture and the battered bowl and jug are just made for photographing. You've done a great job here.

I like this 'version', though I prefer the original 'rustic-colours'......Mmmmm....perhaps somewhere between the two versions, by desaturating the colour shot ?, but still
leaving a smidgen of colour, like an old faded early colour print......the possibilities are endless, I'll shut up now !!!!. Grin
