Sorry about the cobwebs.
just had to get this photo of a spider who just wandered in. I did not kill him i just left him to do whatever he wanted.
But when he left i decided to clean away the cob webs.

That's big!!!! I would never have left him be....when those monsters come into my house, I put aside my love of nature and they meet their maker!!!
When I was a little girl, we lived in Zambia and there they have ginormous rain spiders. My brothers and I were playing in the yard and brothers being as painful as they are...the one picked up a tennis ball that had a rain spider on it (it covered the entire tennis ball!) and he threw the ball at me. The ball hit my shoulder, the spider jumped onto my shoulder, I looked at my shoulder and there was 8 eyes staring into my 1 eye and since then, I have a thing about large spiders!!!

OMG!!! That is one big spider.
I would of just sat and cried if that was in my house, I think even my spider eating cat would have run a mile!!!
Which country are you in?

That's some spider! Well captured, though a little dark, a touch lighter would have shown more detail (not that everyone wants to see any more detail!). Carol
