SS46 - I

By xanda
After a two month break I finally got back to photography and on Saturday I did my second shoot with the lovely Brett Shannen Deadman. This photo was taken in Central Park, Dartford.

As an interesting aside, I must thank an anonymous member of the public who phoned Kent police and reported me for 'photographing females'. The two officers who eventually stopped me (and gave me a pink slip in case I got stopped again lol) had previously walked right past us while we were shooting and when they spoke to me later, they confirmed I was doing nothing wrong, which is reassuring because, you know, taking photos in a public place: not against the law, people. The police blamed the media. Whatever. Accompanying us on the shoot were Love de Carvalho, who did Brett's hair and make-up and who acted as director for the afternoon, and Brett's mum. We were all a bit baffled.

Thanks for taking a look. Have a nice day Smile

Beautiful colours and great lighting, DOF is spot on too. In my honest opinion i would have shot Brett away from the tree as i find it a little distracting.

I quite like the way the line on the tree almost lines up with the seam on her dress ........... but have no idea why.

Nice to see that you got a common sense responce from the police.

Thank you, Roy. Absolutely. The police were fine but I worry about members of the public who have nothing better to do than waste people's (and particularly, police) time. Ah well. I blame the media Grin
