Although I like the diagonal line of the circles, the foreground one was much clearer in the previous version, with none of those shrubby bits obscuring it.
In the previous one the circles were the obvious subject, not so in this one. There are other things competing for attention...the tower, the house, the shrubs. In other words, the previous one was a lot "cleaner" and your subject was prominent.
It's good to see that you moved around and took the scene from different angles, though.
