to the falls

By zapar40
ladyfalls, (Gwladys) glynneath waterfalls, big thanks to Yung, whose adventurous style made sure i was to climb my way down steep muddy banks, stumble pass deep pools of water, and balance across fallen tree trunks, to get a shot like this, well worth the aching legs the next day too, from all the walking.
thanks for the company Yung.

cheers all.

Anthony.

All well worth the effort though, one of the best lead ins to a waterfall I have seen! Wink

Long exposure provides a super work of art. Just 1/4 second would produce a more documented flavour. Nice work! TG

What a stunning scene Ant, it was well worth scrabbling around getting muddy and damp to capture this. I like the water movement and subtle changes in the colours from summer into autumn. If you think Yung likes extreme photography just wait till you go out on a photoshoot with epz's very own action man Gary Durbin!Wink

The exposure is perfect Ant and there is so much depth in the shot too, I have not seen a better image from here.

Great composition well thought out. The lead in line using the swirls of water leading to the fall. I like the way the fall is off centre and water coming in from the right finishing the image and allowing the lead in line to take the eye back to the centre of the image.

Like this a lot.

Regards.

I do know the effort taken to get this capture Ant! It used to be on my planner at least five times a year, but now sadly at my age I cannot get there as it is a very hard and hazardous trek, this is an awesome capture.
