Is the Harbour arm still a thriving social area, Tony? It was full of life in the evenings, small bars and eateries. Last time I was there, the station resembled your version, it was before the work began on restoring it.

Hi Alf, the Harbour Arm is now open and a huge success. It has actually become a destination point and in the summer (pre Covid) was buzzing with cafes, bars, street food and music. It is an absolute triumph. However, there are huge development proposals in the air for the harbour and that will have a huge impact and probably not for the best. Seaside apartments (second homes mostly) for £500k -£1m !
